Ethnic achievement gap in education can't be eliminated, Palo Alto superintendent says

Original post made by Sharon, Midtown, on Feb 3, 2009

We in Palo Alto could learn some lessons from the Cupertino school district which has excellent schools AND fiscal fitness.

I believe that parental values make all the difference in kids performance, what are the Cupertino parents doing right?

He calls it like he sees it, no doubt.

I wish he didn't have such a thing for fancy buildings and offices, though. If enrollment pops to the high side, expect another giant facility bond on of the $400M one just approved.
