Muni Vishwa Nadan arrested for indecent exposure near Gunn HS

This story was published in the Mercury-News yesterday. I don't know why paloaltoonline hasn't picked it up yet. Anyone know this guy? Where does he live and work?

This man is STILL at large. He posted bail and his hearing keeps getting continued (postponed) so that he is free to move around. He even relocated several hours away. He's still out there almost a full year later. Wonder what's next on his list of indecent exposure crimes.
