At least the business press seems to have grown in the past decade. In contrast to the coverage when Carol Bartz took over Autodesk years ago, not one article about her appointment to Yahoo command I have read so far has made comment on her frock, hair style or "Female issues." Now if only the political writers would grow up!

Welcome back to this side of the bridge, Carol. Straighten Yahoo out, then run for governor or senator, since all three posts are now for all practical purposes vacant.

You are right Walter! I hadn't noticed because the coverage WAS normal, not referring to gender, clothes, color etc.

Now, you are right..if we can just pull this country BACK from the racist/sexist era it has entered which demands that colors and genders must be mentioned ad nauseum, maybe we can get our country back on track.
