How's your iPhone?
Around Town, posted by Your neighbor, a resident of the Midtown neighborhood, on Jan 15, 2009 at 6:19 pm

I'm currently an AT&T Wireless customer, using a fairly old phone and considering an iPhone. I'm already fairly dependent on my Macs for everything else, so figured an iPhone would help integrate functions, so I'm sold on that aspect. However, I haven't had great cell phone signal strength and reception with AT&T. I live in Midtown, close to Alma and Loma Verde.

Anyone out there with an iPhone, especially in this area of town, I'd love to hear how the iPhone is working for you - just as a phone. Signal/sound quality? Any dropped calls? Dead zones?

Our old iPhone (now mine) gets pretty bad reception in our home, a few blocks from yours. My spouse's new one (3G) gets much better reception here. YMMV.

I'm near Colorado and Alma and mine, 1st generation , works perfectly, never any problems at all.
