Emergency Preparedness Class: free DECEMBER 10TH

Become a Block Preparedness Coordinator: help organize your neighbors (5-10 families in your block) in case of a disaster: such as an earthquake, flood.

Palo Alto Neighborhoods, a citywide group of representatives from neighborhoods (www.paneighborhoods.org) is sponsoring this free course; this effort is supported by the Palo Alto fire and police departments.

DECEMBER 10TH

6:30 pm - INTRODUCTION TO BLOCK COORDINATOR PROGRAM

7:40 pm - FRS Communications in Disasters
(If possible, please bring your own FRS Radio which you can purchase at office supply stores or wholesale warehouse)
