One anonymous case note? That's the extent of his legal scholarship? How did he get a job teaching law at a top law school? He may be the only law lecturer in the country who got a faculty position without a single article to his name. Who pulled the strings? Has there been an investigation of Chicago Law School?

But it does fit a pattern. With neither knowledge nor achievements to his name, he indeed was appointed to the Presidency by the Democratic Party. America finally has reached the standards of governance by personality like Jong-il, Stalin and Castro.

Obama may well turn the USA into a banana republic with help from his clients and grantees in ACORN

Zimbabwean inflation soared to 231 million percent in July from 11.2 million percent a month earlier, the Herald reported, citing the Central Statistics Office.

Prices rose 1,760 percent in the month, mainly because of higher bread and cereal prices, the Harare-based newspaper said today. The government blames hyperinflation on sanctions imposed by western governments, it said.

Zimbabwe's economy has shrunk almost 50 percent in the last decade, the newspaper said.

Why not look on the bright side? Zimbabwe's economy is the fastest-growing in the world--in nominal terms.

A 'lecturer' at University of Chicago is now a "PROFESSOR" and "COMMONLY REFERRED TO BY OTHER [sic] FACULTY MEMBERS AS 'PROFESSOR'" Pleaseeeeee!!!!

Thgat is one of the most protected and jealously guarded titles in America, it is never used casually, and a pretentious or false use of it, as here, is a subject or derision and status loss.

It is possible that it is different at Chicago, unlikely, where is the evidence, say, in U of Chicago's Law Review, its law school magazine, its press releases, etc. The formal U of C statement seems incredibe on its face, Richard Badger is a man of considerable reputation, capable of a good discussion, so, he deserves some deference, but where is the evidence that a 'lecturer' is a "PROFESSOR" anywhere?

Just another Obama lie, as in "didn't regulat;ly share ideas" with Bill Ayers, one of his key mentor, launching his campaign in Ayers' living roo, Obama's lies "Rezko had no role in helping me buy my house" but ater he admitted, he got a $300,000 price drop due to full price for adjacent property closing on same day through Rezko's WIFE, who was then apparenty paid back by M, Obama "fulfilling my lifetime dream to have a patio" [quote a paraphrase] because Mr. Rezko was already facing lega and financial problems from his slumlord activites with B, Obama.

Obama later ADMITTED he was "less than truthful" in an interview with board of editors of Chicago Tribune, when asked why he "lied": so to speak "because I wanted to control the narrative" at that time in his political career. In fact, Rezko even tortured the house with Obama before purchase! Chicago Tribune, about March 11 or 14, 2008, editorial page, upper left hand corner, per my memory

Rezko and Ayers appear to have roles RECRUITING Obama to Chicago as a front bag man. Not clear, and O won't say

He is superficialy, well spoken, as in a practiced cadence, and soft theater voice, but has trouble with core ideas "57 states" in America, thanking John McCain for "not attacking his Muslim faith"

,calling Sen, McCain, "John" "Jim" and "Tom" -- who makes mistakes like this? Is a syndrome, or lack of sleep, it has been a rough campaign, but these are really excessive.

Obama was the *editor* of the Harvard Law Review--that's a big deal in legal circles. Interestingly, he made a point of featuring pieces from a wide range of political views.

Turn off Fox. The Dow has dropped 47 percent this year. There is a global financial panic. The ins and outs of Chicago's politics aren't important.

Wise up and start focusing on the very real problems an incoming president will face and figure out which one will do a better job.
