Further Confirmation: Bush Worst President EVER
Issues Beyond Palo Alto, posted by 1/20/09 Can't Come Fast Enough!, a resident of the Midtown neighborhood, on Sep 22, 2008 at 1:50 pm

Bush's overall approval rating: 19%

Web Link

NINETEEN PERCENT!!!!

If you assume the population is 1/3 hard-core Repubs, 1/3 hard-core Dems, 1/3 in middle, that means even his hard-core supporters have thrown him under the bus!

Also, click on "Impeachment" and you find:

A total of 64% of American voters say that President George W. Bush has abused his powers as president. Of the 64%, 14% (9% of all voters) say the abuses are not serious enough to warrant impeachment, 33% (21% of all voters) say the abuses rise to the level of impeachable offenses, but he should not be impeached, and 53% (34% of all voters) say the abuses rise to the level of impeachable offenses and Mr. Bush should be impeached and removed from office.

Bottom-Line

We have all unfortuately now lived under the worst President that the US has ever seen.

Even if that statistic were valid, which it is not, the Presidents approval ration is still higher than Congress

Think about it, the Democrats have controlled the House for 2 years and have done nothing

The authority of the president is determined by the constitution, laws and customs, not by some push poll.
