BART and High Speed Rail Projects - Vote No-

It's $375,000,000 per mile. 100 miles X $375,000,000 = $37,000,000,000 and thats for only 100 miles. And no cost for the rest of the system, trains, stations, etc.
I wonder how many green buses could be bought and operated instead of the $6 billion BART system, for this amount of money.
If the users of these systems had to pay the full cost by way of fares what would the fares have to be.??
If a projected 100,000 riders, each day, of the BART extension paid $10 for each ride that would produce $1 million/day X 300 days would produce $300,000,000 /year. So in 20 years this would produce $6 billion in revenues. Is this correct? Will riders pay $10 for a 16 mile ride? I doubt it.
The sales tax increase pays for none of the construction costs.
