That was good one!

Perhaps we can now understand why PACT is fully funded by the City of PA, and Little League needs to go its own way. Self indulgent, indeed!

Ha ha ha ha! How about demolishing PACT and giving it's $1 Million per year City funding to the AYSO. Fantastic idea!!!
