Loma Verde closed

I drove down Loma Verde near Middlefield and Ross at just after 4.00 p.m. and saw heavy black smoke coming out of the sidewalk. Residents told me they had lost power and had called 911. I tried to drive along there about an hour later and the road was closed by fire dept. and police. Any idea what the problem is and how long Loma Verde will be closed.
