I personally from experience will tell HP:
1. Do not move company HQ just for one employee. If it was the Pope or Saint, or God ordered it let it happen.
2. Never hire an employee that has living expenses due to work so high the salary needs to be high also. A better car for getting to work is one, clothing is another. Do not count healthcare, food, childcare, retirement, or disability.
3. If the city HP plans to move into does not have: Fire Service, Emergency Services, Police and other things HP employees need for safety 'Do Not Bother!'. The local employees living there will have problems also.
4. If the city has new housing, but has emergency services. Send in the single people. Senior's, disabled, newly weds need hospitals, and schools.
