Michelle Obama: ‘For the First Time in My Adult Lifetime, I Am Really Proud of My Country’
Original post made by Gary on Feb 18, 2008
Really, now. No credit for defeating the nazis and Japan? No credit fo winning the Cold War? No credit for spreading freedom and capitalism around the world? No credit for reducing malaria and HIV in Africa? No credit for spreading democracy?
Now, of course, Michelle may not have been an adult for very long, but she, surely, as a newly minted adult, could read a little history. One might think that her husband would put a zipper in her lips, before she destroys him. However, he is so full of hope, that he cannot think about tough things, like standing up to his wife.
10 seconds of waterboarding might help. At a minimum it would cause change.
