Santa Clara County predicts delays in vote count

Santa Clara County voters are unlikely to know the local results of Tuesday's presidential primary election until the next morning, a spokeswoman for the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters said today.

Added to that the many people who have already voted by mail for candidates already dropped out.
