Developer Roxy Rapp chases down alleged thief

The real estate business lends itself to financial rather than criminal excitement, or at least it's supposed to. But a local developer Roxy Rapp and his son found themselves chasing a thief through the streets on Aug. 15.

Probably the same David Shippen who was arrested at the Opportunity Center for assault with a deadly weapon.

Good job, both Mr Rapps!

I'm glad you first spotted this thief and then chased him down. It will help the safety of all of us to have someone like this arrested and properly dealt with. Hurrah!
