Saturday marks Palo Alto's 91st annual May Fete Parade

Palo Alto will celebrate its 91st annual May Fete Children's Parade on Saturday, May 4, beginning at the corner of Emerson Street and University Avenue at 10 a.m. and ending at Heritage Park at 1 p.m.

The parade is such a wonderful tradition.
Too bad it doesn't pass by Channing House any more. That always felt like the high point of the route -- All the senior residents on their balconies and in lawn chairs waving.
