East Palo Alto skate park reopens

A ceremony was held at 1:30 p.m., March 28, to mark the reopening of the 5,000-square-foot skate park at Bell Street Park on University Avenue in East Palo Alto.

And not one of them is wearing a helmet or knee, elbow or wrists pads. Who will pay for their broken bones or long term care from brain damage after one of them cracks their head open on the cement?
