Has Maria not read the studies that came out regarding student achievement in the Tinsley program?

Hmmmm - here we meet, again. Feels like a personal email to you. We first met (me using this name), among a very small group when I tried to post, and followed up on an antisemitic incident against a Gunn student (I have the photo of the keyed car). I dare think that the # of comments reflect community interest - obviously, nobody cares. I think that many many comments would have been posted, responding to any article mentioning the T (Tinsley) word, should it be in context of the local schools. Currently, the community is obviously more interested in teachers reporting grades/HW, which is a totally legit interest, of course. The most compelling example for me was few years ago - an effort to collect $ for the young Gunn victim had hardly any attention, while during the same time the community seemed to be very occupied by a (minute, so I think) incident @local high school. I do want to applaud the hosts of this site for following up, recently, on the person who stopped in Sunnyvale - broad day light, and took the victim to hospital, then. We obviously are part of a community where looking to the other side, by standing, is the norm. Unfortunately.

Admin in Ravenswood district need to be basically completely replaced and/or retrained. Low income families will stay low income for generations if our children get stuck at schools with incompetent staff.
