The Shah??!! Why waste time talking about the yo-yo that was ousted decades ago? What about Nuclear Proliferation. What about Political Discourse and threats of WAR and retaliation.

I'm sure they'll pack the house for this one. Waste of time.

Must be one of those 'Persian' guys.

Why talk about the Shah? Are you kidding, the Shah of Iran was probably the first and the biggest US CIA operation that became public and began exposing what the US government does in the world undercutting American credibility A big deal, however you look at it and from whatever side. Maybe too big a conversation.

Besides, is anyone forcing anyone else to participate. Why do people feel the need to jump in and be rude … especially when they have no particular point to make?

Why talk about the Shah?.. Would Mosaddegh, TR's (Theodore Roosevelt) grandson be of more interest?

Better late than never (I hope) - was wondering then, as to the first posting above - especially the ending.

Palo Alto Weekly Holiday Fund

For the last 23 years, the Palo Alto Weekly Holiday Fund has given away more than $4 million to local nonprofits serving children and families. When you make a donation, every dollar is automatically doubled, and 100% of the funds go directly to local programs. It’s a great way to ensure your charitable donations are working at home.
