Shots fired at dog walker in Menlo Park

An 18-year-old man walking his dog Monday night escaped unscathed after someone shot at him from a car near Newbridge Street and Hollyburne Avenue in Menlo Park, police said.

What kind of gun was it? Have the cops recovered any shell casings? Are they asking for tips on people who own similar guns?

Steve - don't be deceived by the headline. My best is that he wasn't a professional dogwalker, nor was he shot at by dog haters. It's more likely that he incidentally was walking a dog when he was shot at.

what kind of gun? - There were two different guns fired that night, one sounded like a shot gun the other sounded like a pistol.
