Coach Parks practiced what he preached. Coach would frequently talk about his commitment to Jesus Christ and how true Christianity is love for everyone and even though we are saved through Grace we have to put our Faith in Action by helping others EVERYDAY. Coach would say this is the SOLUTION to every problem in our world. Coach would alert people there is Power in words: either Life or destruction so he would say be careful what you say even joking. Coach would read Bible verses to us during practice like Philippians 4:13 and John 3:16, and just those simple words were enough to keep us energized. Coach was not intimidated to speak out about his Faith or stand up for what is right. Coach was a Great Family Man too. You are missed Coach and I know the best way to Honor you is to follow your Example. See You Up There Coach.
