Former Dan Browns property

Original post made by DBs fan on Jan 19, 2012

I'm wondering if anyone has any information on the former Dan Brown's property (on El Camino in Barron Park)....
A proposal for a liquor license was posted on the property a few months ago, but has since disappeared.

I have heard a few different theories. The owners of Old Pro were going to open up a bar? Whoever bought the property is going to develop something other than a bar?
Neighbors are against a bar?

South Palo Alto needs a bar again. Downtown is too far.
