[Web Link Art: 'Trails and Tales']

Stone sculptor George Perazzo and pastel artist Charlotte Coqui team up in a new free exhibition at Gallery House at 320 California Ave. in Palo Alto. "Trails and Tales" features creatures and nature scenes, and runs through Feb. 4.

[Web Link Music: Open-mic night]

Musicians of many styles attend the open-mic night at Angelica's Bistro; the dinner show begins at 7 p.m., and there is no cover charge. The next open-mic night is tomorrow (Jan. 10) at 863 Main St. in Redwood City.

On Wednesdays, Gallery House now closes at 4 pm instead of 8 pm.
