Court upholds murder conviction in 2003 shooting

A federal appeals court in San Francisco Tuesday upheld the murder conviction and sentence of life without parole of a Vallejo man in the fatal shooting of an East Palo Alto diner owner in 2003.

R.I.P Big Ken,nothing will bring him back at least these punks want be back either.Ken was a good guy in my eyes.Many might say different,but I know better.The way of life some chose swallowed them whole.I hate that.So I changed.

I HATE THESE PUNKS THEY JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY TOOK.. I MISS MY BEST FRIEND.. I COULD TALK TO HIM ABOUT ANY AND EVERYTHING AND HE NEVER JUDGE.. WISH I COULD HAVE SPOKEN TO HIM ONE LAST TIME.. I HATE SAY'N RIP SO I'M SAY HE LIVE IN PARADISE MY LOVE.. SEE U AT THE CROSSROAD..
