William J. Perry: A cold warrior

On Feb. 4, 1994, William J. Perry had taken the oath of office and became the United States' 19th secretary of defense, appointed by President William J. Clinton. A mathematician and scientist, high technology executive, entrepreneur, venture capitalist and academic, Perry was above all else a Cold Warrior. ==B Related stories:==

This is a must read interview! Thank you for sharing it.
We should all be grateful for men like William Perry and his colleagues. Their cool thinking and intellect has benefitted all of us. They are my heros!
