Conjoined twins to be separated at Lucile Packard

Two-year-old conjoined twins will be separated this week at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital in a surgery expected to last eight or nine hours, hospital officials said.

This is really what it is all about at Stanford hospital.

I am proud to live in the community where this sort of thing happens to give those who need it the chance of a better life when they can't get it nearer home.

My very best wishes and prayers to the two little girls, their family and especially to the medical team. Thank you.

God is so good and these girls would live a normal life.
