This organization helps girls and women after they have been raped, brutalized or impregnated at 10 or older and suffer horrific damage to their organs. Organized by a local doctor from the Peninsula, this organization has now provided help for these women and girls in Chad, Ethiopia, Afghanistan and other African/Asian areas.

Fistula damage was enormous during the Civil War in the USA but mostly now in areas where competent medical help is far and few between.
