Motorist crashes into Palo Alto water truck

A woman smashed into the back of a City of Palo Alto landscape-watering truck early Monday morning and had to be extricated by emergency personnel, Palo Alto Battalion Chief Niles Broussard said.

I heard the crash and am amazed that no one was killed. It sounded like an explosion.

Thanks for the link, Mr. Blotter. Glad she was "stopped" before she started speeding down the freeway. This could have been much worse.
