Caltrain is reporting delays of up to 20 minutes caused by a train with a mechanical problem. Southbound train No. 312, an express train that left San Francisco at 6:59 a.m., was taken out of service and is stopped at the Millbrae station, Caltrain spokeswoman Christine Dunn said around 8 a.m. About 500 passengers were transferred from that train to another southbound train. Riders should expect delays of 10 to 20 minutes in both directions, Dunn said.
