Man seen exposing himself near Palo Alto High School

A Palo Alto High School student walking behind Town & Country Village Shopping Center this morning saw a man with his pants down who appeared to be masturbating, Sgt. Sandra Brown said. The student told school officials who then called police. When police arrived, the student said she had seen the man about a month ago also along the path that runs behind the shopping center and he appeared to be urinating that time.

I'm suprised no one on here has blamed Bush/Cheney/Gonzales/Wolfowitz for this yet. I'm sure its only a matter of time.

With the camera phone, flashers are at increased risk. Article recently, a woman took a picture of a subway flasher and posted it on line.
