Anyone know what happened around 3:30 this morning around Park Blvd that had the cops yelling, K-9s barking and the freight train at a standstill?

Whoever it was, was dangerous enough that PAFD medics were riding along with the suspect in a Stanford Deputies car. They bailed out at 3717 Park Blvd and a K-9 officer quickly caught up with them.
