Congratulations to TheatreWorks!
Around Town, posted by Carolann McCain Morykwas, a resident of the Community Center neighborhood, on May 22, 2010 at 7:09 am

I really enjoyed your article in early May on TheatreWorks and its 40 year anniversary. In high school, while at Paly, I was a member of TheatreWorks and I ran the lightboard for "Popcorn" in the Community Theatre. Robert Kelly was an inspiration and a visionary then and it never occurred to me he would rein on for this long. It is a tribute to him and to Palo Alto that he has.

I have lived in Michigan for almost 30 years now and found a community much like Palo Alto there, Birmingham, to raise my family. I still keep in touch with some of my Paly high and Community Theatre friends and love to read Palo Alto Online for the up to date news. Much has changed, but much has stayed the same. I'd love to hear from any of my old friends at columnistathome@yahoo.com
