Why Won't CHSRA come clean?
Issues Beyond Palo Alto, posted by Andrea, a resident of the Crescent Park neighborhood, on Mar 6, 2010 at 10:06 am

I wonder why, whenever there's a computerized rendering of the HSR train in the media, we see the sleek train itself whizzing through the oommunity with trees and mountains in the background, or waiting at the lovely pristine station. I've noticed that the portions below and above the train are either blurred out or non-existent. It's my understanding that the train will travel along a high wall. Where is that shown in the picture? And shouldn't there be some electrical wires and support structures in the picture? CHSR Authority needs to come clean and present the total picture to us, no matter how ugly. We need to make informed decisions about whether or not we can support this project any further. CHSRA comes off as having a lot to hide.
