Looking for witness to collision with dalmatian on Middlefield

Hi,

I had a collision with a large dalmatian on the 3300 block of Middlefield Road (cross street of Ames Avenue) on Thursday (12/4) around 3:10 pm. A very helpful person stopped to check on the dog while I waited for the Palo Alto Animal Control to arrive. He was driving a black Subaru station wagon.
