is Stanford finally going to build the Page Mill Road bike path?

In the year 2000, Stanford University promised to build a bike path giving pedestrians and bicyclists a safe bypass around the dangerous I-280 and Page Mill Road interchange. Almost 10 years later, nothing has happened. According to the Mercury-News, some progress is happening: Web Link
