While I find the food delicious at Mayfield, I have twice had an extremely slow waiter who caused unreasonably lengthy waits for beverages, meal, and bill at the end. While I realize the restaurant is busy, this young man needs to step up the pace (it was the same waiter both times). This is not enough to keep me from going back to the restaurant, but it might give me pause if I had to be somewhere in a timely fashion after the meal. I suggest a bit more rigorous training for staff.
