At an adjoining table, at Left Bank in Menlo Park on Presidents' Day, a young family had just been served. I was astonished to see a girl about 4 years old, eating from a bowl of mussels ($13.50) with white wine and spinach. She wasted no time filling her mouth as her mother carefully dislodged the plump orange-ginger-colored meat from their ebony shells.

Serious lack in this and many restaurant reviews in this publication. What about handicapped accessibility? In the specific case of The Left Bank, are the restrooms still upstairs after the remodel?
