HP's Hurd and Amnesia, and Insider Trading

Looks like Mark Hurd's spin and temporary memory loss

has not saved him from yet another scandal. This time, Hurd and some other HP board members are accused of insider trading just before the scandal broke.

Some people at the HP top make it coming and going. When will shareholders wake up and clean house at HP?
