our own oscar nominations
Movies, posted by not a critic, a resident of Another Palo Alto neighborhood, on Jan 20, 2009 at 4:12 pm

From the limited number of movies I watched last year, these are my nominations.

Best actress - Meryl Streep, Mama Mia

Best actor - guy who played Nixon in Frost/Nixon (guy who played Frost was good too).

Best film - Australia

Best cinematography - Australia

Best FX - Iron Man

Best music - Mama Mia

(I did see other movies, but we are only talking about the best)

The poll on the home page doesn't offer enough options, so I thought I would put mine here.
