CHP issues drivers' warning for Halloween

The California Highway Patrol is warning motorists to take extra precaution, especially by avoiding driving under the influence, during the Halloween weekend.

I wish the PAPD would make their presence felt in Old Palo Alto this year to deter strangers.

Their has been too much crime this year so far, crooks will use Halloween to case properties under cover of darkness and crowds.
