I read on the NBC website that there was an incident of someone responding to a Craigslist ad for a car for sale in East Palo Alto. Is this incident the same one?

I just received a press release/bulletin from EPA PD w/detail. The Stockton resident was shot when he went to check out a vehicle for sale. Another person, a bystander, was hit by stray bullets.

I am a good friend of the victims family. He was answering an ad off of craigslist for a car. He was robbed of $1,300 with one shot to the head, a half inch deep form ear to top of the head. He is ok. Thanks God. I pray they catch the people who did this.
