Piano Lounge/Cabaret Near Palo Alto?
Restaurants, posted by Out of Town Host, a resident of Another Palo Alto neighborhood, on Oct 12, 2008 at 8:49 pm

I have a friend coming this week who loves the Chicago piano lounge and cabaret scene there, and I am not able to identify something of that ilk on the Peninsula. Several in the City, but if anyone knows of places with live background music in a nice dining setting in or near Palo Alto, I would appreciate the suggestions.

On a number of evenings Fino on Emerson has something like that. It has changed ownership recently, so you may want to check first.

Ever since the Reno Club [Just good grub] closed, the Nut House on California has been the closest approach. For a fee, I will stay away the night you go.

The live music culture in PA died out decades ago!

With the passing of Emerson Street Bar & Grill, and The Keystone PA has elected to go into the dark ages............

Too bad, I used to be proud of PA's live music culture.

At least PA is now a quite sleepy city...wink........
