Menlo, Palo Alto girls shine again in volleyball tournament

The Menlo and Palo Alto girls' volleyball teams were able to prove at least one thing during the annual Harbor Invitational on Saturday in Santa Cruz -- if the Knights are the No. 1 team in the local area, then the Vikings are likely No. 2. Both teams finally met for the first time this season, in the semifinals. Palo Alto grabbed an early lead but Menlo rallied for a 15-25, 25-21, 16-14 victory.

the girls were amazing ~ a long day that started out at 5:30 am ride down to Harbor,ending at 9:30 pm. tenacious, determined athletes! we are all very proud.
