THE WOMAN WHO DEFRAUDED CHARLES GRANT OUT OF HIS HOME IN PALO ALTO DID NOT EVEN DO THREE YEARS JAIL TIME................AND SHE WAS A REPEATED FELON....JUSTICE STINKS...SHE GOT AWAY WITH HIS CASH FROM THE WELL OVER $335,000 HOUSE LOANS (WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE)~ THAT LEFT THE BANK TO BECOME THE NEW OWNERS~ AND LEFT CHARLES HANDCUFFED TO THE BED(WANTING "TO GO HOME")M ONLY TO DIE UP IN KAISER HOSPITAL IN REDWOOD CITY... THEN HIS BODY WAS WAITING TO BE BURIED AT THE FUNERAL PARLOR IN SAN JOSE AS A PAUPER UNTIL INTERVENTION BY A NEIGHBOR WANTING TO KNOW WHERE HE WAS BURIED AT...
BEWARE, JUSTICE IS NOT BEING SERVED CORRECTLY.
AND THE DRUG ADDICTS ARE RUNNING RAMPANT.
WISH WE COULD DEPORT ALL THE ADDICTS TO THE MOON OR SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY COULD DO ALL THE DRUGS THEY WANTED WITHOUT HARMING ANYONE ELCE.
BUT....REALITY IS A ~ITCH

I think that he should pay for his crime, but 5years seem radiculous..for example the Palo Alto High School student that ran over a young girl on her way to school a couple of years ago only got probation, come on now she drag that little girl under her car and went to school. If this drug addict had money to pay for an attorney he will probably walk on probation. I agree with the first comment "justice sucks"

Don't be soft on this guy...he knew what he was doing and did it anyway. Maybe the next potential criminal will think twice...

first of all id like to say that old lady need to stop lying.she know he didnt take that much money.she lying through her teeth because she wanted attention from him.maati is a good man and if you stupid people only knew what he has been through.you shouldnt judge somebody just from what one person says.and the lady even said she never saw him take the money. But you know what there is a GOD and he dont like people who lie.and i bet if maati had the money for a good lawyer he would of been released.thats how messed up the system is.Hang in there Maati cuz the truth will always be revealed later.
