I have just noticed some nonsence postings on the books postings and wonder if someone is trying to make a point.
OK I like to read. I enjoy a good mystery whodunit along with other books across the board. I really enjoy the Kinsey Millhone books by Sue Grafton, A is for Alibi, etc. I also like PD James, Ruth Rendell, Mary Higgins Clark and Patricia Cornwell.
I have recently come across a new series of books by Peter Tremayne. He writes about a 7th century nun in Ireland at the time of Ireland being the Isle of Saints and Scholars while the rest of Europe is in the midst of the Dark Ages. Do not be put off by this as the plots are good, the characters believable and the setting fascinating. To anyone who likes the Cadfael series by Ellis Peters, these would be a similar context.
So check out the Sister Fidelma books by Peter Tremayne. The libraries have the first title and most of the later titles but there is a gap. Do try reading them in printed order as far as possible, but I have managed to overcome the gap and hope to get the missing copies sometime.

What comment/s are you referring to in your first sentence? I too am a book lover and really enjoy having this opportunity to share. Seems like you do too. Can you clarify?

My first sentence referred to the fact that there had been many postings about books which had no comments attached and I have no idea who started them, but it appeared that no-one was interested. Then all of a sudden one day I checked through them and they all had a one line comment ";limqow4ntpcmq9cxcapimrp0mu0weqmxk" or some such. There were too many of them to be a co-incidence, hence my decision to start this thread. They have since been removed and now of course my first sentence sounds like nonsence, but it has to stand. It succeeded in getting you to join so was successful in that respect. So, what type of books do you enjoy?
