Lebanon

Original post made by Jag Singh, Duveneck/St. Francis, on Oct 5, 2006

A fact-finding delegation has just completed an initial assessment of the damage inflicted on south Lebanon by Israel. A blizzard of cluster bombs, banned by international law, has wrought havoc on the Lebanese people and destroyed much of their property and basic infrastructure. Once again we are exposed to one-sided analysis by Jag Singh.
Where is the link to the actual quote from the Israeli army commander so that we can read his real quote in context?
What about the fact that Hezbollah initiated this war and then fired rockets indiscriminately into Israel?
What we have here is a continuation of JAg's Israel bashing.
I say bravo to Israel for showinmg such restraint--I would have literally bombed Lebanon back to the tsone age.
