Arrested men suspects in wave of car burglaries

After thieves broke into his car twice in the past few weeks, a former police officer who lives in the California Avenue area of Palo Alto became extra alert and suspicious -- and helped track down three suspects in a wave of auto burglaries in Palo Alto.
