Palo Alto Babe Ruth 13s lose NorCal opener

The Palo Alto Babe Ruth 13-year-old all-stars have their backs against the wall in the Northern California State Tournament in Eureka. One more loss and their season is over.

Just wondering if Palo Alto went all the way this time, up in Eureka. I was working in the area this month briefly, from LA, and saw a few of the majors' All Star games but missed the Babe Ruths. Really wanted to see Nick Wells play - saw him play last year when I was up there. Just one of the many talented Little Leaguers in your community. Maybe next year.
