It all began when she was 2, watching a soccer match in Mexico City with her father, Pedro. Teresa Noyola was fascinated with this wondrous sport. Now, the sport of soccer is fascinated with the Palo Alto High senior. How else can one explain being honored not once, but twice, with national player-of-the-year awards?

Congratulations to Teresa for this amazing accomplishment. She will go down as one of Paly's best athletes of all time. It was not mentioned in this article that previous winners of the award include Lebron James, Peyton Manning, Alex Rodriguez, Lisa Leslie, Emmitt Smith, Kobe Bryant and Keri Walsh in their respective sports. Unbelievable company to be in. Congrats again.
