<B>AY CHIHUAHUA . . . </B>Palo Alto canine <B>Chloe</B>, the pug-Chihuahua mix of <B>Mel and Katrina Soledad</B>, won the fourth annual regional <B>Petco Unleashed Chihuahua Races</B>, which took place on May 3 in San Bruno. She ran the 35-yard track in 1.6 seconds. "We know Chloe can kick butt. Her fastest during training was 1.4 seconds," Katrina Soledad said. Chloe came in second last year. Chloe will move on to San Diego on Aug. 31 for the national race and her bid to be crowned the fastest Chihuahua in America. She received a vanilla ice cream cone for her reward.

OMG!!! Chloe can do 1.4 seconds?! I've seen her at the races and she IS fast! You blink and she's crossed the finish line! I hope she wins at the Nationals! Palo Alto rulz, go Chloe!!!
