teakettle help Around Town, posted by Claire, a resident of the South of Midtown neighborhood, on Sep 9, 2006 at 4:06 pm
Does anyone know what metal is safe for use for the interior of a teakettle? From what I've read, nickel is poisonous, aluminum and possibly iron may cause Parkinson's, and stainless steel contains nickel and chromium. Am I supposed to use a wood cauldron?
